• Level I Personnel Certification verifies a high level of competency for plant
technicians who perform quality control functions.

• Level II Personnel Certification qualifies a person to hold the designation of
Quality Control Manager. This is a more advanced course and requires a level of
competency higher than that of a technician.

• Central Mix Batch Plant Operator Certification qualifies a person to
operate a central mix facility which does not supply ready-mix concrete.
